An introduction to basic postures and flow sequences. Students learn to coordinate their breath with movement, integrate basic alignment tips, and enjoy an easy flow practice of standing, seated and supine postures.

Crystal bowls or other relaxing sound instruments are played live while an instructor guides you through a systematic relaxation of the physical body. You can expect to create a safe space for yourself, slow down your breathing, and consciously relax body parts as the instructor names them. “Relax your left foot…. Crystal bowls or other relaxing sound instruments are played live while an instructor guides you into an imaginative healing journey. You can expect to create a safe space for yourself, slow down your breathing, and imagine beautiful and relaxing scenes and affirmations as the instructor suggests them to you. “Feel your body becoming heavier on the Earth…. Crystal bowls or other relaxing sound instruments are played live. Instructor does not speak after the initial welcome. You enjoy a pure sound bath and relax into the healing music created by your instructor. Slow-paced, soothing music will lull you into relaxation, giving you a chance to restore and rest.
