Lesson Description

Yoga Nidra is considered the yoga of sleep, and is designed to create a sense of wholeness and balance. After a easy flowing set of yoga poses, you will lie still as my voice guides your consiousness through deep relaxation for the second half of our time together.

Lying completely still and building awareness of the body and breath and stillness of the mind helps you integrate the physical, energetic, and mental bodies. Activating and integrating these three systems is key to nlock your nervous systems powerful ability to encourage healing and stress-relief at an unconscious level.

EQUIPMENT

Yoga mat, Bolsters, blocks, pillow, blanket, eye cover. Anything that may assist your body in feeling weightless and comfortable as you lie still.

Hi. I have been an avid yogi for 16 years with 1 year of yoga teacher experience. I have always been fascinated by the body as well as self-development. I have a General Biology degree and am a certified Health and Life coach. But YOGA simply brings everything together, perfectly!
