About Instructor

My name is Bonnie Imamoto, and I am a certified yoga teacher. I received my yoga teacher training through The Soul of Yoga Institute in Encinitas, CA in 2021. I am a stay at home momma of my almost two year old beautiful human. I have an absolute love for gentle yoga, and believe that EVERY BODY can do yoga. Having had my share of health challenges, some I still deal with through today, I find having wellness practices on board bring a balance to the struggles that come up daily for myself. I have taken courses in Hatha, Gentle, Restorative, LifeForce, and MOGA Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga. I have also dived in a bit to sound therapy with a course in playing crystal bowls. I love the use of sound in yoga, whether that be our own voices or music, but also love the peace of a yoga class using just our breath. I am one to create a class that works for any body, and I am a huge supporter of using props to bring the earth to you. I look forward to seeing you in class!
